|  | Fact is, these two vehicles are among the rudest on Baguio's roads - the imposing SUV that forces you out of the way when the driver decides to change lanes, or stop for it at an intersection never mind if you had right of way (the driver believes driving an expensive car gives him the right to be arrogant), or park wherever one fancies (driver believes no cop would dare take the plate of an SUV - you never know who owns the car)...
... and then there's the armored vans - built to withstand bullets, they rarely stop for pedestrians crossing the road, and unless it's an SUV (and as mentioned above, you never know who owns it, could be their bank's major depositor), this van won't stop for anything.... and unless you're driving a hummer designed to withstand land mines and RPGs, then get out of the way... And they can park wherever they want too! |
